Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2026-07

This policy explains what QuickEditors does and does not collect. It applies to this website and all tools hosted on it.

Your images are never uploaded

Every image tool on QuickEditors runs in your browser. When you select or drop a file, it is read into your browser’s memory and processed on your own device.

Your images are not transmitted to us, not stored on any server, and not visible to us at any point. Closing the tab discards them. We have no copy to delete, because we never received one.

Access logs

Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard technical information when a page is requested. This may include your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, the page requested, and the time of the request.

These logs are used to keep the site running and to detect abuse. They are not linked to your images and are not used to identify you personally.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand aggregate usage — which pages are visited, and roughly how many people visit them. Google Analytics sets cookies and may process your IP address. We do not receive any information from it that identifies you individually.

Advertising

This site displays advertising through Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites.

You can opt out of personalised advertising at any time:

Opting out does not remove advertising; it makes the ads you see less specific to you.

Your rights under GDPR (EEA, UK and Switzerland)

If you are located in the European Economic Area, the UK, or Switzerland, data protection law gives you rights over your personal data.

What this applies to. Your images are never sent to us, so these rights do not apply to them — there is nothing on our servers to access or delete. They apply to the limited data described above: access logs, analytics data, and advertising cookies.

Your rights. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data; object to or restrict how we process it; request a copy in a portable format; and withdraw consent at any time where processing relies on consent. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Legal basis. We rely on your consent for non-essential cookies (analytics and advertising) and on our legitimate interest in keeping the site running and secure for access logs.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us through the contact page.

Your rights under CCPA/CPRA (California residents)

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act and California Privacy Rights Act give you additional rights.

We do not sell your personal information for money. Our use of Google Analytics and Google AdSense may count as “sharing” personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising under the CCPA/CPRA definition, even though no money changes hands.

Your rights. You may request to know what personal information we hold about you, request its deletion or correction, and opt out of this sharing. Exercising these rights will not result in different treatment on this site.

To opt out, use the Google Ads Settings link above, or contact us through the contact page and we will process your request.

The contact form

Our contact page submits your message through Web3Forms, a third-party form delivery service. The name, email address, enquiry type and message you enter are transmitted to Web3Forms and forwarded to us by email.

That information is used only to respond to your enquiry. Please do not send sensitive personal information through the form.

Children

QuickEditors is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy as the site changes. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
