This policy explains how copyright is handled on QuickEditors and what your responsibilities are as a user.

We do not store or host images

QuickEditors does not upload, store, host, transmit or distribute the images you process. Every tool runs in your browser, on your own device.

There is no library of user content on our servers, because no user content ever reaches them. We cannot view, search, retrieve or remove an image you have processed, as no copy exists outside your own device.

Your responsibility

You are solely responsible for every image you process using these tools.

By using QuickEditors you represent and warrant that, for each image you use:

  • You own the image, or you hold all rights, licences, consents and permissions necessary to use and modify it.
  • You have obtained any required consent from people appearing in the image, including rights of privacy and publicity.
  • Your use of the image does not infringe the copyright, trademark, moral rights or any other right of any third party.

QuickEditors does not pre-screen, review, monitor, verify or warrant the legality of any content processed with these tools, and has no practical means of doing so.

Liability and indemnification

Any and all liability, claims, demands, damages, losses, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or relating to your use of an image — including any claim of copyright infringement, trademark infringement, defamation, or violation of privacy or publicity rights — rests entirely with you as the user.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless QuickEditors and its operator from and against any such claim brought by a third party in connection with images you process using this service.

Reporting an infringement

Because we do not host user images, there is generally no content on our servers for us to remove. If you nonetheless believe that material published on this website itself infringes your copyright, please tell us.

Submit your report through the contact page and select “Copyright claim” as the enquiry type. Please include:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.
  2. The specific URL on this site where the material appears.
  3. Your contact details.
  4. A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your report is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act on their behalf.

We review valid reports and remove infringing material from this site where appropriate.

Our own content

The QuickEditors name, logo, site design, written guides and source code are the property of the site operator. Please do not reproduce them without permission.
